What stuck looks like.

Three patterns from rooms I have actually sat in. Details changed, dynamics real.

PE-held software group · PMI
Five acquired entities, one investment thesis, and an integration plan everyone had approved. Twelve months in, cross-selling was near zero. Each legacy leadership team was still protecting its own P&L, politely, invisibly, in every pipeline review. We made the loyalty conflict speakable, rebuilt the commercial structure around one number instead of five, and new-customer acquisition rose 20% within six months.
Software company · business model shift
On-premise to subscription. The board saw a pricing project. The sales team saw their commission logic, their customer relationships, and their professional identity being rewritten. Resistance never appeared in meetings, only in stalled deals. We rebuilt the pricing architecture with the team instead of for it. The people expected to resist became the ones who carried the change.
SaaS platform · European market entry
Product-market fit at home, ambition abroad, and a market entry strategy written entirely from headquarters. France and Italy don't buy from a translated pitch deck. I built the entry in the market, in the language, with local pricing logic, and turned two empty regions into a €5M key account portfolio.

Not consulting where someone delivers a deck and leaves. This is a rigorous, biologically grounded practice for leaders who understand that true stability under pressure cannot be engineered on a PowerPoint slide. A peer in your corner with fifteen years of senior executive experience and six languages.
